Citrus

Wheat

Wheat is not good to eat for nursing mothers. It may cause pain and fussiness in the stomach. However, you can add grains in the meal. Grains are known for their vital nutrients. They possess high fiber and protein which are necessary for nursing women as while feeding their babies, they require a high number of calories. Spicy food
