Milk is a nutrient-rich, white liquid fluid produced by the mammary glands of mammals. Milk is required at every stage of life starting from childhood to old age. So for the first 6 months child will be exclusively breastfed & Mother’s milk is the best quality food for a child as it’s having whey protein and it’s easily digestible by the body. Early-lactation milk contains colostrum, which carries the various antibodies that provide immunity to the child.

If I continue with the best quality food for a child then Mother’s milk is the best child requires the milk till the tooth appears & the digestive system is fully established. After 6 months child requirements are met by weaning food and milk.

Breastfeeding also enhances the immunity power and creates a strong bond between child & mother. Nature provides newborn baby with a lactase enzyme which helps in digestion of lactose or milk sugar.

In India cow’s milk is consumed by the population for its health benefits.

Best time to consume milk is in the morning during breakfast!!

But …! Today getting the pure milk has become very difficult. So let’s talk about how people using artificial chemicals for milk production, doing business & earning huge profits!


Nowadays, people in the market making the milk thick and extracting out more cream by adding ARROWROOT (ARAROT) & Consumption of artificial milk leads to heart disease, liver problem, cancer & other several diseases.


Synthetic milk is basically made up by adding certain chemicals, synthetic sugar to increase sweetness, which leads to many diseases such as ulcer, skin disease, mental problem & cancer and the level of the disease depends on the number of chemicals & the time since they are consumed.


Nowadays, people who are in milk business are using much of oxytocin injection on animals for the more and early production of milk. But OXYTOCIN injection has harmful effects on human beings like the capacity to hear & vision decreases, once gets easily tired, abnormal growth etc.

But everyone knows milk is one of the highest sources of protein with good biological value and also having with essential amino acids, vitamins & minerals.

So what all natural sources of milk can be used as an alternative of milk!

How you can make this? Soak white sesame in water for 12 hours. Grind in a mixture & prepare a paste now add eight times hot/cold water as per requirement & strain it

Uses- It is a storehouse of calcium. It has protein, carbohydrate, vitamins B, C, E, phosphorus, iron etc. in abundance. Most important its fat is free from cholesterol. Its milk can also be used to make curd & cheese.

It is also very beneficial for the menstrual problem, skin problem & for increasing vital power.


Soak almond nut for 12 hours, peel it off & grind it in a mixer to make a paste. Now add water eight times the same as sesame milk & strain it.

USES- It is especially beneficial for students & people who do mental work.


Grind raw coconut in a mixture and make a paste. Now add eight times hot or cold water as required & strain it. Amount of water can be changed to change the consistency.

USES – It has sufficient vitamins A, B, C and minerals calcium, iron, phosphorus etc. It has high-quality alkaline oil and easily digestible protein & carbohydrate.


The procedure is the same as sesame milk, the only difference is to soak the cashews in water for 6 hours. Rest, the procedure is the same.

USES- it is rich in protein and also beneficial for diabetics in a moderate amount.


Add all the dry fruits like almonds, raw coconut and soak in the water for 12 hours and peeled it in equal quantity, & make a paste by grinding in a mixture. Add eight times hot or cold water as required & strain. You can also consume by adding organic honey and jaggery.

USES- It is beneficial for improving weight, energy and masculine power.

So, the above mentioned are the alternative which you can add in the diet. Hope it will definitely assist you to start up a healthy yet tempting diet.
