  3. Lessen your coffee intake: Coffee is known for its high caffeine content. It overstimulates the nervous system and induces the release of adrenaline into the body. Hence, it raises the internal boy temperature.

  2. Tomato: Tomatoes are another solution to this problem. Regularly drink one glass of freshly squeezed tomato juice. They contain high antioxidants that remove toxins causing sweat. Moreover, it also enhances the blood circulation in the body. If you want to apply directly to your skin, tomatoes help in tightening of pores and work as antiseptic.
  3. Potato: The oldest remedy to reduce sweat in the neck, feet and underarm areas. Take a slice of raw potato and rub it in your armpits, feet, neck and other affected areas.
  4. Tea bags: Tea bags contain tannic acid that is helpful in cooling down your body temperature. The antiperspirant and astringent properties of tea bags prevent from over perspiration. Take two to three tea bags and pour them into a bowl containing boil water. Once the water gets cool down, soak the water in a cotton pad and apply of the affected area.
  5. Coconut oil: Coconut owns such properties that are effective in eliminating the bacteria that cause smelly sweat. Take three teaspoons of coconut oil and mix it with three teaspoons of baking soda. Also, add two teaspoons of shea butter and a few drops of essential oil. Apply this paste daily and you will feel the difference.
