Women get affected more with joint pain than men. Because women generally stay inside away from sunlight and they don’t take good diet and do exercise because, for them, the family is first. Joint pain can start from any part. Some symptoms like pain, inflammation, stiffness, joint swelling and tenderness, joint pain affects differently on every person some have pain on the wrist, fingers, or some may feel knee and back pain, neck pain, some people feel in the ankles first or big toe, etc. 
 
There are some Diet which can help  Reduce joint pain.

Avoid inflammatory diet

Foods are high in sugar like pastries, candies, soft drinks, sweets, etc., fried foods like samosas, chili potatoes, French fries, etc, Processed foods like anything which is packed and can be stored for 3-4-10 days or a few. Foods with ingredients added for flavor and texture (sweeteners, spices, oils, colors, and preservatives) include jarred pasta sauce, salad dressing, yogurt and cake mixes, refined carbohydrates like pasta, white bread, maida, pizza, burger, high in bad fats, etc.  These kinds of food must be stopped for a lifetime or consumed once in a month but in a small portion. All these types of diet are very inflammatory and is a barrier in the nutrition absorption which causes pain to travel in the body and create discomfort in the joints.

Eat Fresh

Always choose to eat fresh and healthy like fresh fruits-mangoes, apples, pineapple,  oranges, watermelon, kiwi, apricots, gooseberries,  etc. fresh vegetables like carrot, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, cauliflower,  cabbage, capsicum, cucumber, etc. all seasonal fruits and vegetables which are produced by nature. when you eat these your body absorb all nutrition which almost helps you to overcome from any diseases. This diet never ever gives you pain or inflammation in the and joints.

Choose herbs

Certain herbs may have anti-inflammatory properties ginger, turmeric, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, coriander, cumin, garlic.
you can add these spices in your food to prevent yourself from the joint pain, for example, you can have ginger tea, turmeric milk, cinnamon in oatmeal, or make cinnamon tea. 

Antioxidants

Antioxidants help to protect cells from damage before they can do us harm, the damaged cell can cause premature ageing, dull eyes, and make us disease Vitamin C, Vitamin K, selenium quercetin and bromelain,  beta-carotene, vitamin E, vitamin A, omega 3,  are all important antioxidants.

Nuts And Seeds

Take almonds, walnuts,  pistachio,  flaxseeds,  chia seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds. 

Vitamin D 

there are few sources to take vitamin D but you can take enough vitamin D foods like milk, mushrooms, soya milk and from the Sun. Do yogasanas in Front or Sun so your body cab absorbs more Vitamin D and Keeps you away from joints pain. You can choose Surya Namaskar, pachimottan asana, bhujangasana, ushtrasana , vrikshasana, vashishtasana etc.

Reduce Cholesterol

who have joint pain mostly have the symptoms of increasing cholesterol in the body so we suggest reducing your cholesterol level as soon as possible you

Grains

Who have joints issue mostly not allowed eating grains but can eat Buckwheat flour, millet, Rye, which is gluten-free and highly nutritious and also. It contains Quercetin that has anti-inflammatory properties.
